Target: Residential Real Estate credit providers in The Netherlands
Goal: Provide the Dutch Central Bank with detailed information about loans with Residential Real Estate as collateral.

Summary:
This quarterly report requested by the Dutch Central Bank comes with its own Logical Data Model that can be loaded into diverse reporting tools, business rules and business terms document.
Besides the loan and collateral details, the report also asks for its COREP class and securitization details when applicable.
From February 2021 this report was part of a dispute between the Dutch Banking Association (NVB) and the Dutch Central Bank about the validity of the request in regards to the GDPR legislation. During that time the report was not delivered.
In February 2024 the requirements for the report were adjusted and it is expected that the report needs to be delivered again in the course of 2024.
